Catering Services Policy
P&D Catering Policy
Placing or Changing Your Order
Orders can be placed or modified via our online system, email, or by phone up to 48 hours before your scheduled event time, or until we have reached our capacity — whichever comes first.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order with a full refund up to 48 hours before your event time.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the event will not be eligible for a refund, and the order will be charged in full and executed as planned.
Payment
All payments are processed via credit card and are subject to a 2% processing fee.
Your card will be charged in full 48 hours prior to your event, and a receipt will be emailed to you automatically.
If your card is declined during processing, you must provide alternative payment in full no later than 24 hours before your event. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your order.
